Last Friday our exit from Echoo Group to Nordomatic was recognized as the Exit of the Year 2025 at an annual Investor of the Year event organized by LVCA in collaboration with LATBAN..

As highlighted by our partner Olga Fedjakina:

This transaction contributes to the recent broader conversation around the necessity and potential of the investments in Latvian SMEs. New generation of Latvian entrepreneurs, such as Glebs Kiseļovs, the founder and CEO of Echoo Group, has the courage and the vision to build successful companies, and local financing ecosystem can - and should - work to support them.

The outcome of this transaction reinforces our determination to continue investing in ambitious companies and management teams in Latvia.

Thank you to all parties involved: Glebs Kiselovs, EY-Parthenon: Deniss Zlotnikovs, Julija Kondratjeva, Guntars Krols; Ellex Legal: Evija Ābele and Sarmis Spilbergs; Ramona Miglane, BDO Latvia: Viesturs Briezkalns, Swedbank Latvija, Capitalia, Sabine Blaumane.

ZGI Capital has received the annual awards of the Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association seven times — in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2024, 2025 and 2026.
